If you don’t need the email account anymore, you can easily delete it. It doesn’t include the default account though, as you cannot delete it.
Note: once you delete the email account, all the information on it and letters will be unrecoverable. Make sure you download all the information you need before getting rid of the account.
In order to delete your cPanel email account, you have to go to the home screen of cPanel.
- From there, find the Email section and click the Email Accounts
- Find the email you would like to delete, and click Manage near it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page that will appear. You will notice the button Delete Email Account. Click it, to confirm the deletion of the account.
